When will my order ship?

Most orders placed will ship the next business day. Orders placed after Noon Friday and during weekends will ship Monday.

 

When can you pick up in store?

Please wait for an email saying your order is ready for pick up in store. Not all our products are carried in all our stores. If you try to pick up in store before your order is ready we cannot promise you will be able to leave the store with the item you purchased. It may take up to 2 business days for your order to be ready for pickup. Thank you for your understanding in this!

 

Where will my order ship from?

Orders will ship from our warehouse in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina!

 

Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to United States addresses.

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

Absolutely! We offer FREE gift wrapping for all orders placed on www.WonderWorksToys.com! The only exception is on some oversized items.

 

What is your return policy?

It is our hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. We pride ourselves on the variety and quality of merchandise we offer. If you find reason to return any item, we ask that you to notify us and return the item within 30 days of receiving your order with a reason why you wish to return the item(s). We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase.

 

Changed Your Mind?

No problem! Simply return the item to us and we will refund you the full item price (We cannot refund shipping in this circumstance). Please note: The item MUST be unused and in its original, unopened package. The item needs to be in resalable condition. Once an item is opened it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

 

Problem with Order?

If your reason for return is determined to be our error or a defective item, then we will either replace the item for you, or give you a full refund including shipping costs, and we apologize. If the item was part of a multiple item order, then a portion of the shipping cost will be refunded. If you do need to ship an item back to us, we highly recommend using a carrier that provides insurance as we are not responsible for losses or damages of returns.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

 

Will I have to pay taxes on my purchase?

We charge state specific sales tax to all orders shipping to South Carolina.

 

Is my information safe?

We will NEVER sell or rent your information to a third party. Online credit card orders are processed through a secure server and as safe as using the card in person.

 

Do you offer Layaway?

We do offer a layaway program at our Mt. Pleasant and West Ashley locations. This begins approximately 100 days before Christmas and includes complimentary gift wrapping services up to December 14. See our blog for more details.

 

Are your toys safe?

All Wonder Works toys meet or exceed government standards for child safety.
